Identify the activities that meet at the work area. Movement routes, support services and neighbouring work can all affect coordination.
Clarify the responsibilities associated with each interface. A shared assumption is not the same as an agreed arrangement.
Review the discussion when the work changes. Interfaces need attention throughout the task, not only at its beginning.
