The published investment project concerns protection against flooding and mass movement in the Huaycoloro ravine. Its geography includes Lurigancho Chosica and San Antonio de Chaclla, in the provinces of Lima and Huarochiri.
A protection programme must be understood at the scale of the ravine and its connected work areas. Individual construction packages belong within that wider purpose.
